10 partners of the AgeFactor project from 8 EU countries met in Cyprus to validate the conclusions and recommendation of the transnational research report. The report presents the gap between the digital skills of people aged 50+ and the demand of these skills by employers.

The transnational research sets the ground for further project activities targeted at people aged 50+ and companies employing them through various innovative tools. The report provides a comparative overview of the national and EU state of play of adult career management and their digital social inclusion. The project develops free online tools to facilitate the competitiveness and employability of people aged 50+ by aligning their digital competences according to the needs of companies. A specific focus is put on competences such as usage of digital technology and media in safe and responsible way, online collaboration, communication and privacy.
